If you like to explore more challenging culinary projects, and also pick up 10 key skills that every chef should know, come to the Wednesday cooking class where we’ll be creating awesome recipes that will impress your friends and family. We’ll prepare Asian Spring Rolls and Dumplings for the Lunar New Year,
bake and decorate Valentine treats, enjoy Twice-dipped Fruit, and saute pasta for our gourmet Italian Pasta Bar. For St. Patrick’s Day we’ll sip Potato Cabbage Soup, nibble freshly baked biscuits, then wend our way over to Hungary for Chicken Paprikash and Spaetzle. After we’ve had our fill of assorted Japanese Sushi, Mexican Flan, and more, we’ll end with a spectacular but traditional Fruit Topped Victoria Sponge Cake. Did I mention, that you and your team will also enjoy two “Cooking-on-your-own” challenges where you’ll have fun cooking up a storm? Come check out our exciting dee-lish kitchen!

Linda enjoys teaching hands-on cooking classes for children and families. “I love hearing that my students are trying new recipes, helping their parents cook, and tasting new foods. Becoming more comfortable in the kitchen is my goal for these kids. It’s a lesson that will last them a lifetime!” Linda started Cooking FUNdamentals 17 years ago to teach culinary arts in the Bay Area. When she’s not at the schools, she’s probably teaching culinary classes in private homes, or working gigs with fine dining caterers, or testing new recipes on her patient hubby.
