Cooking is fun and even more so with friends! Join us each Tuesday for a delicious international menu you’ll want to create for family and friends. Along the way you’ll pick up 10 key cooking skills and kitchen safety tips so you’ll be more comfortable working in your own kitchen. We’ll stir-fry Jeweled Fried Rice and chop an Asian Chicken Salad, bake and decorate Valentine cookies, simmer a hearty Italian Pasta e Fagioli with Garlic Croutons, and dip Irish Soda Bread into Creamy Potato Soup. More global recipes will include Hungarian Stroganoff and Noodles, Strawberries Romanoff, Lemon Pudding Cake, English Jammie Biscuits, Japanese Filled-Rice Balls and California Rolls, Mexican Rice and Street Corn and more. In between these culinary trips, we’ll stop for two exciting “Cooking-on-your-own” challenges where you and your team have fun taking over all the cooking!

Linda enjoys teaching hands-on cooking classes for children and families. “I love hearing that my students are trying new recipes, helping their parents cook, and tasting new foods. Becoming more comfortable in the kitchen is my goal for these kids. It’s a lesson that will last them a lifetime!” Linda started Cooking FUNdamentals 17 years ago to teach culinary arts in the Bay Area. When she’s not at the schools, she’s probably teaching culinary classes in private homes, or working gigs with fine dining caterers, or testing new recipes on her patient hubby.
