Join us each Tuesday for an 80-minute journey into international cuisine. Along the way, you’ll pick up cooking skills and kitchen safety tips so you’ll be more comfortable working in your own kitchen. We’ll stir-fry Easy Chow Mein, fold Dim Sum Dumplings, and grill Middle Eastern Patties. Then we’ll roll Filipino Fresh Spring Rolls or Japanese Sushi, followed by Mexican Nachos or Tacos and Agua Fresca of the Day. Would you like to fill French Crepes or fry a Croque Monsieur? For Valentines, should we bake American Sheet Pan Brownies or decorate English Shortbread Cookies? How about an easy one-pan Italian pasta dinner? Come check out these culinary treats on Tuesdays! Linda enjoys teaching hands-on cooking classes for children and families. “I love hearing that my students are trying new recipes, helping their parents cook, and tasting new foods. Becoming more comfortable in the kitchen is my goal for these kids. It’s a lesson that will last them a lifetime!”
Linda started Cooking FUNdamentals 16 years ago to teach culinary arts in the Bay Area. When she’s not at the schools, she’s probably teaching culinary classes in private homes, or working gigs with fine dining caterers, or testing new recipes on her patient hubby.
